Karli graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey in 2019, where she studied international business and finance. Her professional background in customer service and sales will make her a great addition to the Mark McKenna Team.
As the team’s first official Inside Sales Agent, Karli’s main responsibility is cultivating leads from multiple sources at their beginning stages, and aiding in their conversion to closed transactions. Through the use of various analytics, as well as understanding the needs of the prospective clients, she determines the appropriate outreach schedule best suited for their specific situations.
Other responsibilities include working closely with the team’s social media manager to maximize client engagement from online ad campaigns.
